You're the best in the room.
And somehow still stuck.

Sharp work, strong reviews, zero movement. Nobody names why. We do. And we get you rising again, without turning into someone you'd hate.

there's more to this
Here's the part no one says

It's not you.
It's the ceiling.

Every creative in a system hits it. I hit it too. I got help in flashes, but never someone steady, so I hired my own coaches. Now I'm paying it forward, because I know exactly what it's like.

Jarrod always puts humanity first. The best listener I've worked with.

He made every exchange feel collaborative, not transactional. I'd react to his work as a thinking partner, not a client.

I landed an ideal client right after we talked. The call gave me a new perspective, and the strength to trust myself.

so, what now
Still in it

I love this work too much to ever lose touch.

Still at the desk. Still solving the problems I love, still chasing the balance. Make good work, be a good dude.

How I actually work

Part of your ceiling is the system.
Part is the story you tell yourself.

You've got the craft. My job is helping you see which is which, and shift the part that's yours.

Find the pattern
The one you're too close to see from the inside.
System or story
What's the real politics, and what's the belief you've built around it.
Change what's yours
Reframe it, find your move, and rise without leaving who you are.

Clarity in the uncertainty.

A small move, a big shift

Rising doesn't mean blowing up your life.
Small moves stack into big shifts.

The work stopped bringing you joy. We go find it, one small move at a time, right where you are.

Time to get unstuck

Are you ready?

You're closer than you think. One small move, and the whole thing cracks open.

Three ways to start, low to high. Pick what fits. Every paid path opens with a free call. No pitch, no pressure.

For context: 1:1 creative coaching usually runs $250 to $800 a session, and live cohorts $800 to $2,500. I'm holding these rates low while I build this out, and keeping the first groups small so everyone gets real attention, not a crowd.

FAQ
Do I pay anything for the call?
No. The call is free. Twenty minutes, no card, no catch. Money only comes up after, and only if we both want to keep going.
What if I'm not sure it's for me?
Then the call is exactly the point. We figure out together if I can actually help. If I'm not your guy, I'll tell you straight and point you somewhere better.
What actually happens on the call?
You show up stuck, probably over-thinking it. I listen for the pattern you're too close to see. We reframe the story you've been telling yourself, and find the one small move that cracks it open. You leave clearer than you came in, your next step already made. No pitch.
What makes it worth paying for?
Because it's the difference between hanging out and actually moving. Free chats feel good and change nothing. Put real commitment on the table and everything shifts: you show up, I show up, and we make moves. Not advice you nod at and forget. Accountability, a plan, and someone in your corner making sure you get where you're going. That's the whole point, and it's why you're here.
Is this therapy, or life coaching?
Neither. It's for creatives who hit the ceiling inside a system. I've been the corporate creative myself for fifteen years, on staff and on the outside. I've seen the machine from every seat. Peer, not guru.
